  • Project Management: Lead numerous projects to ensure on-time delivery and quality using both internal and external resources.
  • Process Improvement: Investigate and analyze production methods and processes to identify improvements that drive efficiency, reduce cost, and eliminate waste.
  • Lean Tools Facilitation: Facilitate team use of Lean Tools, including Kaizen, 5S, Standard Work, PDCA/Problem Solving Process, CCF and identifying Waste.
  • Financial Analysis: Uses data to compare pre and post improvement state to quantify financial savings.
  • Training and Coaching: Train, coach, and challenge process owners in the use of lean tools, approaches, and techniques to create sustainable management and measurement systems.

  • 2+ years manufacturing and/or lean experience required.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing concepts and practices.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or Associate degree with relevant work experience considered. Degree in Engineering or a related subject area preferred.
  • Skilled at effective communications, including good interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills, and ability to understand information and ideas as presented.
