Compute and track all paint consumption and maintain stock levels to meet production demand.
Maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information.
Check and document coating thickness and blast profile requirements per project specifications.
Document spooling, components and finished projects through the paint process.
Coordinate component and finished skid transportation with Material Coordinators and Assembly Supervisors
Order all paint and equipment for department according to project specifications.
Work with Purchasing Department and outside vendors to ensure accurate product and equipment is ordered.
Deliver completed GPS logbooks to Shipping Department after project completion.
Maintain air quality/waste removal documentation per regulatory requirements and ISO documentation.
Provide requested documentation to Quality or 3rd-party Inspectors as required/requested.
Support and assist helpers, painters and blasters as requested by Supervisor
Work with Document Control to ensure all copies and needed paperwork have been received before shipping.
Maintain MSDS records for paint department.

Must be able to define surface preparation and coating systems to be applied.
Must have very effective organizational skills.
High School Diploma/GED preferred.
Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an industrial environment desired
Ability to read, understand and communicate paint specifications to paint team.
Effective listening, written and verbal communications skills.
