Define zipper plans with clients in coordination with Markets and Key Account Managers as well as ensure alignment on communication strategy;
Participate in conferences and trade events to promote and develop AtkinsRéalis;
Provide operational leadership to the Construction Management practice uniting the operations under one common vision to achieve objectives with a focus on safety and excellence;
In coordination with Markets, define the strategy for the services provided by the Practice (seller-doer model);
Control adherence to commercial and pricing policies and corporate processes;
Participate in human resources processes (annual evaluations, salary reviews, training, etc.) and build high-performing teams with a focus on retention and talent development to enhance skills and capabilities;
Participate in workforce planning to ensure appropriate skills and capabilities to deliver current and future market strategies in response to external factors and internal drivers;
Lead by example, promoting a culture of safety, excellence, innovation integrity and diversity;
Set sales objectives and manage their achievement (pipeline, win rate, etc.);
Steer performance for project execution by actively manage the performance of MSA;
Engage with clients to promote AtkinsRéalis and seek commercial opportunities;
Develop Construction Management Practice-specific (service-specific) marketing materials;
Develop and maintain a network with other teams nationally and internationally to leverage technical expertise within the Construction Management Practice;
Identify key members of the delivery team of large projects and bids in collaboration with Markets and Win Work. Contribute to proposals and participate in Go/ No Go decisions;
Actively maximize chargeability and optimize the utilization rate of the Construction Management team;
Cross-sell other disciplines with our clients to help win work for other parts of the organization;
Foster collaboration within the Construction Management Practice and with other Practices, Markets, Win Work and Project Delivery teams to ensure effective resource sharing, workload and project staffing;
In collaboration with the Practice Leaders in other functions, develop and implement strategic plans to drive the growth and success of the Construction Management Practice;

Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar field;
Client centric and able to deliver client success and/or sales;
Strong track record of leading and developing high-performing teams;
Minimum 15 years of experience in engineering with a least 5 years in a senior leadership role;
Excellent communication, empathy and coaching skills;
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a commitment to delivering high-quality results;
Strong people leadership skills with the ability to inspire, collaborate and motivate team to achieve objectives;
If you are in the province of Quebec, knowledge of both French and English is required. Since this role involves interacting with stakeholders and organizations across Canada and internationally, knowledge of English is required.
Experience in financial and commercial management and understanding of how we maximize revenue and margin opportunities;
If you are outside the province of Quebec, knowledge of English is required, and French is an asset.
