Familiarity with government bodies such as MIDC, Pollution Control Board, Fire Department, and Department of Industrial Safety is advantageous.
Minimum 15 years of leadership responsibility in real estate functions and/or complex industrial or office environments.
Degree in Engineering or an advanced technical qualification in real estate. Experience managing and operating industrial locations is preferred.
