Handle day-to-day website updates and ensure real estate rental listings are current across all platforms.
Collect real-time feedback through surveys, in-person touchpoints, and informal conversations.
Create basic digital content, including photography and videography for social media and website updates for organic content.
Track participation and feedback to shape future activations.
Support implementation of amenity enhancements, common-area improvements, or wayfinding upgrades based on tenant insights.
Communicate building updates, service interruptions, or improvements in a clear, tenant-friendly manner.
Monitor property conditions from the tenant perspective and report issues requiring maintenance or cleanliness improvements.
Gather tenant sentiment and use it to support retention planning.
Manage and execute email and text marketing campaigns and automations.
Build relationships with neighbourhood associations, small businesses, nonprofits, and event partners to bring community-driven programming into properties.
