Take ownership of significant customer orders, including planning, coordinating, attending site meetings, and delivering projects to a high commercial and technical standard.
Provide strong leadership-guiding, coaching, and motivating all operational staff to perform to the highest possible standards.
Lead and manage the company’s operational departments, including Field Service, Technical Support, and Project Management.
Support the Managing Director in day-to-day business operations and contribute to the strategic direction of the company.

Technical qualifications in Electrical and/or Electronic Engineering.
5+ years’ experience in an operational leadership or management role (technical, service or project management).
Strong experience working with customers in construction-related environments and various market sectors.
Strong understanding of Health & Safety and Quality principles.
Proven experience managing teams and people at multiple levels.
