Senior Production Control Specialist (TS/SCI with Polygraph Required)

Provide training to site SAP users and develop training documents when workflows or processes are updated
Engage with team members on a daily basis to execute data analysis on critical departments within Fluor which includes but not limited to:
Pull monthly metrics across all sites and provide any concerns or questions to the Work Control Supervisor and Manager
Develop reports and dashboards for key performance indicators (KPIs) related to work order management.
Support data integrity efforts by performing regular audits of system data
Analyze current work control processes and identify areas for improvement.
Gather and document business requirements for work management systems.
Evaluates internal and external customers’ needs and abilities in order to provide appropriate solutions.
Analyze SAP data and provide feedback to departments on improvements or feedback
Providing excellent customer service to all personnel on site

Technical knowledge in the fields of Facilities Operations, Facilities Maintenance and Construction.
Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner
Experience with creating visual workflows
Experience with creating Standard Operating Procedures
A combination of education and directly related experience equal to four (4) years.
Local Candidates Preferred
Skill in the use of computers and related software applications
At least 3 years’ experience with CMMS system
Proficient communication to follow-up effectively orally and in writing with customers
Ability to use critical thinking skills to develop recordkeeping systems and procedures
Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
Capability to be meticulous through evaluating key performance data, compile information, and prepare reports
Ability to maintain dashboards and update dashboards on a daily basis
Must have an active (or ability to obtain) a TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
Customer service and communication skills are essential to perform the duties associated with this position.
Strong attention to detail to ensure all transactions are correctly processed and recorded
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Visio or other data visualization tools.
Exceptional problem-solving skills to identify discrepancies within CMMS workflows and training documents
