Communicating the objectives and goals of the group risk framework and it supporting ERM program.
Support the group security in development of Crisis Management and business continuity framework and the implementation in DH and group wide.
Continuously improving the delivery of consistent risk management information.
Establish the network of collaborative relationships at the highest level
Delivering consistent and accurate quarterly Enterprise Risk Reports (including DH corporate and the Verticals) to support a risk-based decision.
Managing and analyzing the reporting of risk events and near misses.
Monitoring and reporting on risk exposure against agreed risk tolerance levels
Reviewing the risk profiles created in the context of events and external environment factors to identify new or emerging risks throughout the organization
Providing coaching and support to ERMs and Risk Champions across the organization, including also review of risk report and mitigation plans.
Develop an escalation mechanism for ERMs at the verticals for reporting disputed risks with verticals management.
Evaluating the potential of risk appetite and tolerances
Conduct training and development to build awareness and ensure that risk can be effectively managed in business.
Driving the use of the risk management information to support the ERM process and program.
Evaluating the potential for risk combination through impact of multiple risk events
Defining the risk appetite and tolerance levels of authorization
Help the managers across the organization to ensure that risk management is embedded at the operational level within business and staff are aware of and manage risk as a core part of their responsibilities.
Evaluate and monitor risks across Dubai Holding and the Verticals, and relevant mitigation strategies; quality assurance / challenge implementation of risk standards by Verticals - ensure competent risk managers in entities.

Minimum: BA in Law, Accountancy, Business Administration or any other relevant field.
Project management skills.
Strong knowledge of different industries (real estate, hospitality, and investments).

Problem solving and decision-making skills.
5+ years in Risk Management/ Internal Audit/ External Audit
Sound communication skills in English.
Preferred: Relevant Risk Management Qualification or similar (CPA, CA, CFA).
