What you would be doing

- Provide 10-hour OSHA training and other health and safety training in person and online.
- Plan and implement health and safety programs at National level for field construction teams for site safety practices and hazard identification and reduction.
- Complies and submits accident reports required by regulatory agencies to the Company Risk Management and SHRH representative.
- Prepare, implement, and maintain Company Health and Safety Plans and safety policies and procedures.
- Manage and verify Company internal and third-party inspections on Company or third-party platform to detect existing or potential accident and health hazards. Determine appropriate corrective or preventative measures where indicated and follow up to ensure measures have been implemented.
- Manages Company outreach and interface with applicable Federal and State health and safety agencies, and with applicable home building associations.
- Screens vendors’ qualifications and Accident Prevention Programs. Lead accident and injury investigations and prepare relevant material and evidence for use in potential hearings or proceedings.
- Conduct health and safety inspections and compliance audits.

- Must be wailing to travel to all markets.
- Relevant undergraduate degree preferred.
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification preferred.
- Bilingual Preferred.
- OSHA 30 required.
- Construction background required. Ability to understand, interpret, and apply applicable regulatory requirements.
- Must be meticulous and have analytical ability.
- Minimum 5 years construction and workplace safety experience required.
- Prior regulatory experience in health and safety preferred. Prior experience in conducting workplace health and safety inspections required.
