- Stakeholder Coordination – Effective collaboration with Civil, Safety, and Project teams.
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and supervision of MEP works.
- Energy Efficiency – Implementation of sustainable and energy-efficient MEP systems.
- Coordinate with Civil, Safety, Quality, and Project Management teams for integrated project execution.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
- Review and approve MEP drawings, designs, BOQs, estimations, and technical specifications.
- Cost Control – Execution within approved budget with optimal resource utilization.
- Provide technical expertise and resolve site-level challenges.
- Prepare progress reports, MIS, and documentation for management review.
- Monitor site manpower, cost, and resource utilization for maximum efficiency.
- Manage vendor selection, material procurement, and equipment installation.
- Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of all MEP systems.
