  • Support the preparation and issue of Job Instructions, ensuring Toolbox Talks are completed.
  • Prepare “as-built” drawings for customers on awarded contracts.
  • Take responsibility for team-related employee issues and escalate to Line Manager as needed.
  • Contribute to the ongoing operation and improvement of the company’s IMS system.
  • Assist the Contracts Manager with requisition of materials as required.
  • Work closely with the Quantity Surveyor to ensure projects are fully measured and valued accurately and promptly.
  • Promote compliance with QHSE standards, supporting the Systems Manager in risk assessment and RAMS production.
  • Assist in tender preparation and liaise with clients and statutory bodies.
  • Provide setting out and site engineering support across civil engineering and multi-utility projects.
  • Carry out regular site visits and maintain accurate progress reporting to Line Managers.

  • Strong knowledge of contracting principles and civil engineering practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
  • Strong commitment to promoting Health & Safety culture.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in civil engineering, including setting out and site supervision.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills.
