The role involves receiving and analysing project requests, planning solutions with business units, and designing generator subsystems using CAD tools such as Revit. Responsibilities include sizing calculations, creating and revising 2D drawings, applying manufacturing process knowledge, working with PLM (Windchill) and ERP (QAD) systems, prioritising multiple projects, and ensuring timely, quality delivery while documenting progress and guiding junior staff.

Follow established processes and propose improvements to increase efficiency.
Stay current on core competencies and emerging technologies relevant to the role.
