The position is responsible for developing and issuing RFQs to support business units and facilitating supplier engagement through communication and project collaboration. The role leads negotiation and management of project costs based on supplier pricing and lead times.
Using Oracle iSupplier eRFQ tool, the incumbent will issue accurate RFQs, maintain consistent communication with suppliers, collaborate with project teams to award contracts, negotiate pricing, monitor procurement progress, ensure receipt of deliverables and invoice approval, and identify and mitigate supplier risks.
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or a related field, or a high school diploma with five years of supply chain or sourcing experience. Desired traits include nuclear power industry experience, strong leadership in matrix environments, ability to manage complex projects, knowledge of bid packages and subcontract negotiations, excellent written and verbal communication, and proven negotiation and documentation skills.

The base salary range is $72,000‑$84,000 USD, with potential adjustments for experience, education, geographic differential, and variable incentive compensation.
