Requirements

At least 5 years of directly related experience
Good communication skills to comprehend and convey detailed technical data
Completion of a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Advance knowledge of related engineering standards, techniques, and criteria
Advanced level of specific software tools (CAD, FEA, CFD) and programming skills
Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships, and work collaboratively within a team environment
Proficient in structural analysis and design codes (e.g. ACI, etc.)
Familiarity with software tools, such as ANSYS, GT STRUDL, or SASSI
Ability to assess load paths, crack control. and long-term performance of concrete structures
Advanced problem identification and resolution skills
Exhibits questioning attitude and practice self-checking
Excellent technical writing and verbal communication skills
