Provide any other type of assistance to RTG as it relates to legal issues and risks.
Manage the firm’s legal inbox and contract database in an efficient and organized manner.
Assist with formatting and proofreading various legal documents and other client deliverables.
Format, produce, compile, edit, and proofread documents to ensure that they meet RTG’s brand standards and guidelines. Documents will include Word, PowerPoint, and Excel documents in various formats, including agreements, engagement letters, reports, presentations, proposals, and other types of documents as assigned.
Contribute to the legal team’s successful completion of projects by ensuring highest quality work product is fulfilled prior to applicable deadlines.
Perform other assigned work for the firm’s service lines or for the firm in general as directed by management.
Help manage RTG’s corporate insurance program by providing assistance on insurance audits, insurance renewals, COI procurement, etc.
Process legal requests and manage contracts through the entire contract lifecycle.
Help file RTG’s annual reports, business license applications, and other similar types of documents and filings in various jurisdictions.
Help manage RTG’s real estate licensing program by assisting the firm and its personnel with registering and complying with various states’ statutes and rules.
Assist with drafting, reviewing, and administering various types of contracts RTG regularly enters into in the course and scope of business.
Help update and format the Employee Handbook on a regular basis and assist with policy administration.

Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment. Legal assistant experience working in a law firm or a corporate legal department is preferred but not required.
Ability to understand RTG’s standard contract templates and to correctly customize contract templates for each transaction.
Excellent documentation, records retention, and work paper organizational skills (must be detail oriented).
Thoroughly proofread completed work for spelling, grammar, punctuation and format.
Able to accept constructive criticism.
Strong communicator.
