Candidates must hold a BA/BS in Civil or Structural Engineering (or related field) with at least six years of relevant experience, possess a Professional Engineer (PE) license, and have a valid US driver’s license. Preferred qualifications include ten years of railway systems experience, proficiency with design software such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, GEOPAK, OpenRoads or OpenRail, and prior work with agencies like CTDOT, Metro‑North, Amtrak or MBTA.

Minimum: BA/BS in Civil or Structural Engineering, 6+ years experience, PE license, valid US driver’s license.
Preferred: 10 years railway systems experience, proficiency with AutoCAD/MicroStation/GEOPAK/OpenRoads/OpenRail.
Experience with CTDOT, Metro‑North, Amtrak, MBTA or similar passenger/commuter rail agencies.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and demonstrate strong written/communication skills.
