Development of Prospect Pipeline through identification and focused research
Making outbound (cold/warm) calls to find qualified leads in the assigned region (International market)
Update Salesforce database with call activities.
Cultivate prospects till they become qualified leads.
Generate qualified leads within target accounts as determined by Sales.
Follow-up on project-based enquiries, engage in intelligent conversations with respect to the enquiries and get concerned point of contact interested in setting up appointments with the Sales team.
Persuasive and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Candidate must be ready to work in international shift timings (1.00 PM – 10.00 PM or 3.00 PM – 12.00 PM).
Strong experience in dealing with prospect for Software – Service as well as Product.
2-4 years’ experience in Lead Generation, Proven experience in appointment setting.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills - Candidate will be required to deal with prospects from the USA/Europe regions.
Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Strong experience with cold calling in US or European regions.
Proficiency with salesforce CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
