Launch Planning & Execution: Drive the launch of battery assembly lines, ensuring readiness for SOP (Start of Production).
Equipment & Tooling: Oversee installation, commissioning, and validation of assembly equipment and tooling.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction during launch and beyond.
Process Development: Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to develop robust assembly processes for battery modules and packs.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the liaison between engineering, operations, and suppliers to resolve technical issues and maintain timelines.
Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality standards to meet automotive and safety requirements.

Proven experience in automotive manufacturing, preferably in battery assembly or EV components.
Strong knowledge of launch processes, PFMEA, control plans, and lean manufacturing principles.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience).
