- Assess the feasibility and soundness/validity of proposed engineering evaluations.
- Create and revise detail drawings, make required modifications to drawings, and deliver as-built drawings
- Design high quality, robust, and cost-effective CAD product models by preparing routine layouts, detail drawings, assembly drawings, sketches, and diagrams.
- Utilize Autodesk Civil 3D software to perform drafting for grading, plan/profile sheets, details, water, sanitary, storm, paving, and drainage to produce site development and municipal construction plans.
- Produce complete and constructable set of drawings for land development, water distribution, and wastewater collection systems in accordance with various client-specific design guidelines.

- Associates Degree or higher in a related field or 2-year technical degree or certificate of completion from an accredited designer/drafter course (or equivalent) is preferred (demonstrated experience without a technical degree or certification will be considered).
- At least 1 year experience as a CAD or Design Tech related to site development and/or water and wastewater system projects with demonstrable leadership capabilities.
- Proficient with the most current version of AutoCAD (Civil3D).
- Working knowledge of CAD Standards, Civil 3D features and annotation styles, surfaces, line styles, sheet set manager and drawing setup.
- Design to pertinent codes, such as ADA with minimal oversite.
