- Support jobsite walkthroughs, meetings, and safety documentation.
- Perform quantity takeoffs and develop accurate material and labor estimates.
- Assist Project Managers with project coordination, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Prepare bid packages and coordinate subcontractor/vendor pricing.
- Track project costs, budgets, and progress reports.
- Maintain organized records, logs, and digital project files.
- Communicate daily with superintendents, vendors, and clients.

- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- 0–2 years of experience in construction, estimating and project coordination (internships count).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Pro Core and estimating software (On-Screen / Quick Bid a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
- Competitive salary ($60,000–$75,000 BOE).
