Key duties include ensuring proper software testing documentation, participating in software qualification, driving problem resolution through pre‑series and series production, and coaching production staff on system architecture and diagnostics.

- Participate in software qualification throughout product development.
- Drive resolution of product issues and apply countermeasures from pre‑series to series production to stabilize software quality.
- Analyze commissioning, functional, and diagnostic errors, develop immediate corrective actions, and monitor effectiveness.
- Coach and qualify production employees on system architecture, functions, and analysis.
- Generate reports, evaluations, and key metrics, focusing on error data from databases.
- Develop and apply methods to mature software, functions, and diagnostics quality, incorporating assurance processes.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify short‑ and long‑term quality and efficiency improvements.
- Document analysis results, draw actionable insights, and support defect tracking to identify trends.
