Description

• Monitor and update reports on product shelf life, availability, and stock levels.
• Monitor financial dimensions such as P&L, UPT, ATV, SOP, SPSQFT, Audit, Compliance, and Shrinkage.
• Ensure products on display are replenished as needed with complete shelf tag price, and price tags.
• Utilize selling techniques such as suggestive selling, upselling, and cross-selling to increase Average Transaction Value (ATV).
• Participate and implement agreed EES action plans.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the assigned area.
• Ensure proper safekeeping of all store merchandise to prevent shoplifting, damages, and pilferage.
• Timely display all products following set planograms and guidelines for a specified duration.
• Assist customers in locating, selecting, and purchasing desired products based on preferred brand, variant, and color.
• Recommend appropriate products and provide information highlighting the Features, Advantages, and Benefits to the customers.
• Prepare and set up store promotions using marketing collaterals to effectively communicate store promotions.
• Weekly monitor price changes and update price tags as needed.
• Resolve customer complaints guided by set customer service standards and within scope of control.
• Attend to all customer queries and needs with a courteous and friendly approach.
• Strictly comply with set company policies and procedures, especially regarding attendance, punctuality, and grooming standards.

Requirements

• Proven skills in retail operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, systems, and cash handling.
• Strong computer skills for system operations and reporting.
• Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in retail, specifically focusing on the beauty or fashion sector.
• Effective retail operational skills, including stock management and visual merchandising.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred; degree not essential.
• Good knowledge of the fashion and beauty industry, including current trends.
• Good knowledge of the fashion/beauty industry and trends.
• Empathy and customer service orientation with a focus on results.
• Proactive with a good team spirit and ability to take initiatives.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent relationship-building skills.
• Integrity and trust in dealing with ambiguity.
