  • Assist the Contracts Managers and Project teams to develop contracts with the vendors in line with the agreed terms and conditions.
  • Apply consistent approaches/discipline and standardized forms in line with relevant policies, processes and procedures.
  • Monitor vendors’ performance and ensure that products/services are in line with agreed standards and contracts.
  • Prepare relevant reports and updates as required and to the desired standard.
  • Assist the Contracts Managers and Project teams to negotiate the terms and conditions with the vendors in order to ensure that Masdar’s interests are safeguarded from a contractual aspect.
  • Maintain a high standard of tracking and record keeping of contracts, internal/external correspondences and filling other relevant documentation.
  • Build and maintain a network of relevant contacts to support daily activities and long-term objectives of the team.
  • Assist the Contracts Managers and Project teams as and when required in administering contracts as per the agreed terms and conditions.
