Reviewing your own work—and supporting CADD Technicians—to ensure quality and accuracy.
Turning sketches or verbal concepts into accurate, high-quality drawings.
Participating in design meetings with engineers and clients to align on project goals.
Managing tasks efficiently with guidance from experienced engineers.
Visiting project sites to understand field conditions and support construction coordination.
Running structural analyses using industry-standard software.
Designing and drafting structural plans for bridges, retaining walls, culverts, and other transportation structures.
Preparing quantities, cost estimates, and construction-ready deliverables.

EIT certification preferred.
Required CADD experience; familiarity with MicroStation, OpenBridge Designer, or OpenRoads Designer preferred.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
Experience with 3D structural modeling is a plus.
Proficiency with standard office software (Word, Excel, etc.).
