Work closely with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to identify and implement control system improvements that enhance safety, efficiency, and uptime
Participate in root cause analyses and incident investigations related to control system performance or failures
Lead or support system upgrades, migrations, patching, and sustainability improvement projects
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers and technicians. Collaborate with team members and Communities of Practice (CoP)
Ensure adherence to ExxonMobil standards, including Process Control Practices, Management of Change, documentation, and design review procedures
Deliver day-to-day support for process control systems and infrastructure, including Honeywell EPKS, PLC/SCADA interfaces, Windows, Cisco networks, and related applications to ensure safe and reliable operations
Keep the business team informed about system projects, repairs, and health. Develop and maintain control system documentation, including network architecture
Collaborate with IT/OT cybersecurity teams to maintain compliance with industrial cybersecurity standards and best practices. Act as a leader in cybersecurity awareness and implementation
