What You Bring

This exciting leadership opportunity is ideally located in any of the three Weldco-Beales locations, preferably in Barrie, ON or Edmonton, AB and alternatively Langley, BC, You are a senior executive with experience in a heavy industrial manufacturing and distribution or closely related sector. You have ideally worked in steel fabrication and/or attachment manufacturing sectors, bringing a successful track record of operating and growing complex, multi-site businesses with exceptional safety records. Ideally, you are experienced in leading and expanding a national and international network, working with a Boards and/or with Indigenous peoples.
