Define WBS and generate master schedule baselines for engineering, procurement, and construction activities
Maintain risk register and support mitigation planning for nuclear-related schedule threats
Support proposal teams with nuclear-specific planning and scheduling inputs
Collaborate with project managers to develop “what-if” scenarios for nuclear scope changes
Develop and maintain detailed schedules, including regulatory milestones and licensing phases
Lead full lifecycle planning for EP/EPCM/EPC nuclear projects
Track and report risks specific to nuclear operations, including regulatory and environmental factors
Facilitate interactive planning sessions to establish PMBs tailored to nuclear scope
Integrate client schedules with EPC timelines, ensuring alignment with nuclear safety and compliance standards

10+ years
Strong understanding of Earned Value Management principles in regulated environments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Minimum 10 years’ experience in planning/scheduling for nuclear, power generation, or heavy industrial projects
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outputs under pressure
Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, with hands-on experience in nuclear project scheduling
Experience with Oracle systems and Power BI is an asset
MUST be able to pass Security Clearance
Familiarity with Canadian nuclear regulatory frameworks (e.g., CNSC milestones) is a strong asset
