Plans, schedules and manages program for maintenance, alterations, and repair of facility equipment

10 years’ experience as an HVAC Technician
Positive attitude and self-motivated
Ability to pass MVR check
Proficiency with electrical and mechanical diagnostics
Must have HVAC experience including operation and maintenance of chillers, DX, large RTU equipment, chill water systems, fan walls, VFD’s, exhaust fans and DOAS
In house and manufacturer led training, leadership development
Ability to pass a full background screening and drug screening
Ability to stand, squat, bend, stoop and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs
Experience in major facilities with state-of-the-art mechanical systems and infrastructure
OSHA 10 hour preferred
Professional demeanor and positive, caring attitude
Ability to pass a physical ability test
In-depth knowledge of DDC BAS controls systems required
Familiarity with blueprint, schematic, drawings, and other equipment layout materials
Must be able to work independently and without supervision
Analytical and problem-solving skills, possesses teaching and coaching skills
