Key responsibilities include meeting division and local market sales targets for multiple brand lines, establishing and maintaining strategic end‑user relationships, and managing CORE and other SBD contracts. The specialist will mentor local market teams on end‑user development, collaborate with Channel Marketing on initiatives, and use Salesforce.com for CRM and planning while communicating wins and losses to refine processes.
Ideal candidates are quality‑focused, eager to learn, and comfortable with innovation. Required qualifications are a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent construction experience), at least three years of sales or marketing experience in construction supplies, strong interpersonal and communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel up to 50 % of the territory. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is also essential.
