💪 Experience: 10+ years in quality, safety, or risk leadership within construction, steel fabrication, or industrial manufacturing

  • Strong working knowledge of AISC, OSHA, and risk mitigation practices
  • Exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • 10+ years of experience in safety, quality, or risk management leadership within construction, steel, or manufacturing environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Preferred certifications: CSP, ASP, CHST, or AISC Quality Management
  • Proven success building quality systems and leading audits and compliance programs
  • High visibility with executive leadership
