Scope Analysis & Technical Review: Review project specifications and drawings meticulously to determine the scope of work and essential contents of the estimate. Visit project sites to gain firsthand knowledge of construction methods, enhancing estimating accuracy and understanding of project requirements
Client & Team Collaboration: Actively engage in bid review meetings with owners or their representatives to ensure alignment with project goals and expectations. Participate in project hand-off meetings, supporting a seamless transition from the preconstruction phase to execution
Quantitative Estimating & Cost Development: Prepare estimates with precision by calculating comprehensive takeoffs for major projects across diverse market sectors. Maintain organized files of working documents as backup for estimate figures, ensuring transparency and historical reference
Subcontractor & Vendor Coordination: Request quotations from subcontractors and suppliers, efficiently organize and review received quotes, and maintain an up-to-date log to support the estimating process.
