- Ensure drawings comply with codes, standards and firm guidelines
- Prepare construction document sets for permitting and bidding
- Produce and update architectural drawings, plans, sections, elevations and details
- Collaborate with project teams to support design intent and technical accuracy
- Coordinate architectural models with structural, MEP and consultant models
- Develop and maintain BIM models throughout all project phases
- Generate schedules and reports for BIM models

- 3-5+ years of professional drafting or BIM modeling experience (architecture preferred)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities
- Knowledge of construction methods, detailing and documentation standards
- Must be comfortable working on-site in the office, and performing regular field visits
- Exceptional communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (AutoCAD experience is a plus)
- $ 65,000 – $ 75,000 commensurate with experience
