Project and Order Manager - Parts & Kitboxes

Provides sustainable energy solutions for a decarbonized future, spanning the entire energy value chain.
Track shipments to clients, and proof of delivery keep client informed and keep POD on file.
Manage picking and shipping of parts to kit box vendor & ensure these are shipped on a timely manner and received by the vendor
Plan & schedule order in the factory per our internal processes
Coordinate shipments with shipping department and provide shipping paperwork to vendor or client.
Prepare requisitions to place PO on kit box vendor
Hold post execution meeting with client manager and other key partners for any feedback and project review
Build strong relationship with kit box vendor ensuring open communication on open orders
Work with engineering to ensure any changes to BoMs are made and documented in SAP
Monitor parts to learn of any issues/delays, react appropriately.
Arrange and hold project kick off on each box with appropriate people including but not limited to the Client Manager. Gather and document all pertinent information for the Kit box project.
Maintain updated status reports on order progress, identifying challenges and bottlenecks, and regularly meeting with leadership to review performance.
Achieve revenue targets while meeting On Time Delivery (OTD) and Past Due Backlog (PDBL) goals, and drive client satisfaction.
Act as the primary contact for client communications, ensuring proactive updates and representing both Siemens Energy and the customer.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative team player and problem-solving mentality.
Bachelor’s or associate degree in engineering, business administration, logistics, or a related field, with 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Those with more years of experience may be considered for a more senior level.
Strong multitasking ability and capacity to work under time constraints to meet deadlines.
Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Teams.
Desired working knowledge of MRP, SAP, and APICS courses.
