Support the Disciplinary Program and enforce company policies and procedures.
Supervise all on-site operations including glass installation, framing, and hardware installation to ensure high-quality work and adherence to safety standards.

In-depth knowledge of commercial glass and panel installation practices, equipment, and tools.
The incumbent will be exposed to the loud noise of construction equipment and traffic.
Strong understanding of construction documents, reports, project scheduling, and job costing.
Ability to sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and climb for extended periods.
Familiarity with applicable building codes, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
The incumbent will occasionally be required to lift but not limited to 50 lbs.
OSHA 30 Construction Industry certification preferred.
Proven ability to lead teams in high-paced environments with multiple priorities.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in interpreting architectural and engineering drawings.
7+ years of construction experience, including supervisory or superintendent roles in commercial glazing or a related field.
