

Provides infrastructure, construction, and engineering services for telecommunications and energy sectors.
In this role you will produce end‑to‑end fiber optic networks, testing and troubleshooting continuity, and operating equipment such as OTDRs, power meters, and fusion splicers. You will prep splice enclosures from brands like Tyco, CommScope, and Corning, and apply fiber‑engineer knowledge to read designs, assess light levels, and calculate dB loss. Work is performed on outdoor utility construction sites.
We seek candidates who prioritize safety, have a proven record of high‑quality work, and enjoy hands‑on problem solving. Applicants should possess 3‑5 years of fiber splicing and troubleshooting experience and be comfortable working from ladders or bucket trucks. Flexibility for varied shifts, overtime, and relevant MOS codes (V80B, B05A, 3D157, 6423, 5699) are also valued.
Compensation ranges from $25 to $35 per hour and includes a sign‑on bonus, 401(k) with company match, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
