Upon receipt of an offer of employment, applicants must be able to successfully complete pre-employment onboarding requirements that will include a criminal/civil background check and drug screen, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations
Familiarity with AutoCAD and/or Revit
Professional Engineer licensure and the ability to become licensed in additional states upon request
Valid driver’s license with ability to travel domestically, intermittently
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an ABET accredited program
Experienced using AutoCAD and/or Revit
MSHA Certification
Experience with pipeline, power delivery, mining, pulp and paper, and/or other industrial work
Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, time management and problem-solving skills
Passed 16-hour Structural Engineering (SE) Exam
Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, Mathcad, and structural analysis software such as RISA and/or STAAD
Attention to detail, quality, and accuracy
Ability to climb ladders, enter confined spaces, and work outside in most weather conditions.
Work effectively in hybrid work environment
12 years of prior structural engineering associated with concrete, structural steel, masonry, and timber structures as well as specialized analysis and inspections
Good oral and written communication skills, including technical writing ability
