applicability screening
  • EMEA submissions: Draft IED/national reporting templates and ambient-related summaries based on client monitoring logs and control device data; align with country portal formats, maintain response logs, and coordinate clarifications via virtual meetings and written responses.
  • Emissions inventories and reporting: Build complete, traceable emissions inventories using client activity data, defensible factors, and calculation workbooks; prepare Title V compliance reports, MACT/NESHAP periodic reports, annual/state emissions statements, TRI support files, and country-specific electronic submissions with senior QA/QC and deadline control.
  • Virtual collaboration and delivery: Coordinate tasks, dependencies, and status via shared trackers and collaboration platforms; CL2 may lead small remote workstreams, mentor junior analysts, and enforce version control and change logs.
  • Climate/GHG support: Compile and reconcile activity data and factors for facility GHG inventories and related crosswalks to permits and compliance documents; track evolving policy and standards for alignment.
  • Works independently with strong ownership of tasks, from scoping and data gathering to analysis, documentation, and on-time delivery, proactively escalating risks and seeking guidance only for complex ambiguities.
  • Data quality and evidence: Implement QA/QC checks, reconciliation routines, and audit trails; compile emissions testing summaries, operating limits, and control device performance data from client documentation; manage evidence folders for audit readiness.
  • Applicability screens: Perform desktop applicability evaluations for criteria pollutants, HAPs, and GHGs; maintain applicability matrices referencing permit conditions, NSPS/NESHAP citations, state requirements, and client commitments; escalate complex interpretations for senior review.
