Run the day-to-day work for a team of field techs — scheduling, coaching, and solving problems in the field
Help manage job costs, materials, and any needed changes during the work
Build strong relationships with your crew, customers, and internal support teams
Support the Operations Manager and be ready to step up when needed
Oversee technicians on site — making sure they provide quality service, adhere to policies, and put safety first
Make sure we’re meeting local permitting and inspection requirements
Train and develop team members — we promote from within, and you’ll help make that happen

Experience leading a crew or managing field operations

Storm water system maintenance (Hi-Vac)
Good with planning, job costing, and change orders
Comfortable working in a collaborative, team environment
3+ years working in an outdoor/field services industry (environmental services, construction, landscaping, etc.)
Licensed (or willing to become licensed) for septic installation, CDL (class B), heavy equipment operation
Familiarity with water, sewer, pipeline, or septic system work

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $80k - $95k per year at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
