The Human Resources Partner (HRP) acts as a trusted advisor to front‑line and mid‑level managers (ELT‑3 and below, and ELT‑4 in certain regions). The role delivers solutions and supports employees across areas such as employee relations, performance improvement, HR policy compliance, labor‑union interactions, separations, total rewards, talent management, workforce planning, and mergers & acquisitions.
