• Evaluate vendor quotes, capabilities, and service offerings to select and onboard appropriate suppliers.
• Drive continuous improvements within sourcing processes and contribute to long-term procurement strategy planning.
• Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with organizational goals.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to secure favorable agreements.
• Lead sourcing initiatives and manage full lifecycle procurement for assigned categories.
• Monitor supplier compliance, contractual obligations, and performance metrics.

Requirements

We are seeking a Sr. Strategic Sourcing Specialist to support a short-term project estimated at 8–10 weeks. The specialist will lead sourcing initiatives across multiple categories, develop sourcing strategies, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships to ensure optimal cost, quality, and delivery outcomes. This role requires strong analytical capability, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage end-to-end procurement processes with increasing autonomy.

• Demonstrated success managing complex negotiations and supplier relationships.
• Experience with ERP systems and procurement tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• Expected to use sound judgment and take initiative in decision-making.
• 4–6 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Knowledge of sourcing best practices, cost analysis, and procurement methodologies.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
