Quantity Surveyor

Description

• Receive limited supervision and general instructions for routine tasks.
• Conduct surveys to locate natural and man‑made features using electronic distance‑measuring equipment and other instruments.
• Operate and manage land‑information computer systems, including data storage, inquiries, and generation of plots and reports.
• Review survey team data on distances, directions, angles, elevations, lines, and contours above, on, and below the earth’s surface.
• Research legal records to identify previous boundaries and analyze data to determine boundary lines.
• Record survey results, verify data accuracy, and prepare plots, maps, and reports.
• Apply full expertise as an experienced professional in the specialization area.
• Address problems of diverse scope.

Requirements

The role requires a minimum of ten years of relevant experience, with micro‑tunneling and Dubai exposure preferred. Candidates should hold a degree in quantity surveying or civil engineering. The position is based on‑site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, at the UBora Tower site.
