Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field—or equivalent work experience.
4+ years of progressive experience in IT support, systems administration, or infrastructure management, preferably within manufacturing or industrial environments.
Lifts and transports moderately heavy objects such as computers and peripherals.
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills with the ability to identify, assess, and resolve technical issues effectively.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Windows environments, networked devices, and IT service management principles.
