The Role

Overview

Lead product strategy and NPD for mechanical components, driving revenue and P&L.

Tasks

-Managing product lifecycle performance across international markets -Identifying opportunities for growth in existing and new markets -Leading regional and customer-specific initiatives to improve product line performance -Supporting monthly SIOP (Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning) and forecasting cycles -Acting as the voice of the customer, using market data and feedback to guide product direction -Scoping and pitching business cases for CAPEX investment -Collaborating with commercial, operations and supply chain teams to meet P&L targets -Supporting product launches and engineering change processes -Leading product strategy and New Product Development (NPD) from concept through to launch -Conducting detailed financial reporting, forecasting and margin analysis

What You Bring

-Ability to work independently and influence across departments -Excellent communication and presentation abilities -Degree in an engineering or business-related discipline -Advanced Excel and high proficiency in Word and PowerPoint -Strong analytical and project management skills -Proven experience in product management of engineering or manufactured goods -Experience working with cross-functional teams and driving strategic change
