Ensure the site diary is accurately maintained, including date, location, and serial numbers of equipment used
Assist with the production of emergency return-to-service procedures
Ensure all work complies with safety standards, regulations, and company procedures
Resolve technical problems at all levels, ensuring timely and effective solutions
Ensure commissioning and M&E works are executed in line with contract requirements and agreed procedures
Assist the Commissioning Engineer with system testing, fault simulation, and equipment verification
Work in accordance with Health & Safety, CDM Regulations, and Environmental Procedures, including Risk Assessments and Method Statements
Ensure activities are carried out safely and in accordance with the Project Safety Plan
Maintain accurate Quality Management System records and ensure equipment is calibrated, in-date, and compliant with company and manufacturer standards
Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including test reports, configuration records, and commissioning logs
Interpret and apply project-specific technical requirements accurately during commissioning activities
Conduct visual inspections and assessments of primary plant equipment
Carry out inspections in accordance with the Inspection and Test Plan in a timely manner
