Lead end‑to‑end M&A integration strategy, planning, and execution across ABM.
Develop and continuously improve ABM’s integration playbook, process framework, and related tools.
Effectively communicate program status, risks, key milestones, and success metrics to senior leadership and broader project teams.
Partner with cross-functional leaders and business owners to build and execute detailed integration plans tied to acquisition rationale and deal value drivers.
Participate in the diligence process to evaluate risks, identify integration needs, and support the development of transitional service agreements and post-close actions.
Lead recurring workstream meetings to monitor status, address issues, and keep initiatives on track.
