As an Assistant Community Manager for Elina at Easton Park, you will support the Community Manager in overseeing the community’s financial and operational functions. Your duties include handling daily rent collections, posting payments, preparing bank deposits, reconciling accounts, and generating financial reports. You will also manage resident files, address delinquencies, enforce lease terms, and assist with evictions and court representation.
You will coordinate vendor payments, supervise move‑in and move‑out processes, respond to resident complaints, and create marketing materials for events and communications. In the manager’s absence, you will act as on‑site supervisor, delegating work and coordinating maintenance tasks, while also planning and delivering resident activities to boost satisfaction and retention.
The role requires a high‑school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of property‑management experience, intermediate Microsoft Office skills, and basic accounting knowledge. Physical requirements include lifting up to 25 lb, occasional use of senses to detect alarms, and being on‑call 24 hours for emergencies, with a flexible schedule that may include weekends and holidays.

Compensation is $25–$27 per hour plus leasing incentives and bonuses.
