You will train crew members on species identification, herbicide mixing, plant and seed installation, and equipment maintenance, while performing quality‑assurance checks on both internal and subcontractor work and taking corrective actions as needed.
Administrative responsibilities include coding timecards, submitting expense reports, uploading field photographs, and collaborating with the Restoration and Operations Managers to update schedules, review manpower estimates, and communicate resource needs.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma/GED, at least three years of ecological restoration experience, proficiency with large‑truck and equipment operation, ability to safely mix and apply herbicides, strong communication skills, and current certifications such as CPR‑AED, DOT medical card, and a Commercial Pesticide Applicator License.
