Senior Construction Manager

Description

• Report to the Project manager and manage Site managers.
• This senior construction manager will be responsible for leading the Site, managing site managers, ensuring the project is on programme and budget and report upstream to the Project Managers.
• Look at the design and carry out meetings with commercial and design team.
• Manage the project phase plans, manage health, safety and quality on site.

Requirements

This is the ideal role for a senior construction manager that loves to lead the construction on site, can get stuck in and drive a new build project but also who is an aspiring Project Manager.

• New build construction experience, preferably steel frame commercial builds, working for a main contractor.
• Needs to come from a construction background and knows how to build.
• Looking for a senior construction manager who considers themselves to be a builder, boots on the ground and able to deliver.
• The ideal senior construction manager will be good with ASTA, good with design, phasing, programmes and can push the job.
