SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT II (LOGISTICS SUPPORT)

Provides construction, technical IT/cyber, facilities, and education services for federal agencies worldwide.
Provide ILS support for C4ISR systems on LCS program, managing logistics data and documentation.
Provide ILS support for C4ISR SME’s supporting the LCS program.
Assist with developing requirements for Planning Yard (PY) tasking in support of SCDs of non-POR C4I systems and equipment installed onboard post OWLD LCS platforms.
Develop, update and maintain Maintenance Index Pages (MIPs) and Maintenance Requirements Cards (MRCs) for the non-POR C4I systems and equipment.
Monitor project budget and financial expenditure and all administrative procedures in line with the workplan.
Develop, update and maintain ILS-related technical data and publications that are required for the operation and maintenance of the non-POR C4I systems and equipment.
Develop, update and maintain User’s Logistics Support Summary (ULSS) documents for the non-POR C4I systems and equipment.
Assist with validating and assessing the status of ILS products and packages developed for the non-POR C4I systems and equipment.
Assist with developing and updating Cost Base Analysis (CBA) for entry into Navy Data Environment (NDE) as required for SCDs of non-POR C4I systems and equipment installed onboard post OWLD LCS platforms, FMP integration module and reports.
Develop, update and maintain ILS checklists for the non-POR C4I systems and equipment.
Collect, track, and report the status and metrics for corrective maintenance actions for non-POR C4I systems and equipment onboard post OWLD LCS platforms.
Develop, update and maintain the Bill of Materials (BOMs) for the non-POR C4I systems and equipment.
Employee may be required to travel to onsite locations using public and/or private transportation, as directed, in performance of their duties.
Develop and submit recurring weekly status reports (WARs) to report on the progress of all ILS tasks and deliverables in the schedule for the non-POR C4I systems and equipment.
Employee may be required to access US ships, walk long distances, and climb up and down ladders.
Perform related work as assigned in an unsupervised, reactive, and mission critical environment.
Assist with collecting, uploading, and maintaining ILS-related technical data and documentation in Government SharePoint sites, such as but not limited to, the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Acquisition Integrated Logistics Online Repository (SAILOR).
Collect, track, and report the status and metrics for Preventative Maintenance System Technical Feedback Reports (PMS TFBRs), Technical Manual Deficiency/Evaluation Reporting (TMDER), and Fleet Consolidated Allowance Lists (COSAL) Feedback Reports (FCBRs) for non-POR C4I systems and equipment onboard post OWLD LCS platforms.
Review and provide feedback on the DMSMS monthly status reports that are submitted to the DMSMS Management Team (DMT).
Track and maintain End of Life (EOL), End of Sale (EOS), and End of Service Life (EOSL) data for non-POR C4I systems and equipment.
Prepare and submit interim and final ILS certifications in support of installations, upgrades, and the modernization of the non-POR C4I systems and equipment.
Assist with developing, submitting, and tracking the phasing and approval of Ship Change Documents (SCDs) in the Navy Data Environment (NDE) database for requested Ship Changes (SCs) to non-POR C4I systems and equipment installed onboard post OWLD LCS platforms.
Produce financial reports.
Maintain all supporting project financial documents for audit and review processes.
Develop, update and maintain a schedule using Microsoft Project to develop timelines to track the completion of all ILS tasks and deliverables for the non-POR C4I systems and equipment.
Review and provide feedback on the Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) cases tracked in the Obsolescence Management Information System (OMIS) Top-Down, Break-Down (TDBD) reports for non-POR C4I systems and equipment.
