  • Partnering with the DI India management to assess, analyze, plan and drive the cultural change in line with business strategy as well as including tools such as Siemens Global Engagement Survey etc. to develop a diverse, robust talent pipeline to be future-ready.
  • Connect, collaborate with other Business P&O HR within the country as well as the expert teams to outline/create and drive programs on people topics of common interest.
  • You anchor/ co-own all aspects of organization design changes and organization development topics and actions for DI India.
  • Responsible for P&O activities in country during M&A projects and partnering with required parties.
  • You will partner with leadership/cross-functional teams at relevant levels to help build organizational capabilities and skills for business impact as well as to build and enrich the talent pipeline. You will have to drive a learning organization and ensure and enable senior executives to be more effective leaders. Championing effective leadership development and succession planning is a key element of your role.
  • You will foster a culture of trust, collaboration, employee safety and growth mindset.
  • Conceptualize specific policies, prepare the policy draft, discuss with DI Management and plan the communication methodology of this policy and ensure 100% implementation.
  • You will work with the Zone P&O leadership to ensure implementation and/ or adaptation of DI Global and Asia Pacific P&O strategy, processes, programs and practices in alignment with the needs of DI in India and in consultation with Country P&O Head as required.
  • Facilitate connecting business with experts across the P&O value chain to understand the business situation/needs, evolve & develop new or leverage existing solutions
  • Clearly outline the business needs and the P&O implications for DI at the Country Level and shape the relevant strategy and priorities for DI India.

  • You should also be capable of influencing and managing change.
  • You’ll understand the external ecosystem (customer, competition, industry, stakeholders etc.) and its implications on the business and people strategy, continually synthesizing insights and putting forward the outside-in view.
  • You have knowledge of (and high learning agility to quickly grasp) the DI landscape, and display sufficient incisive and comprehensive understanding of all the businesses, technologies, functions and competencies within Digital Industries (DI). You will be involved in strategy development and execution at the DI country level in line with expectations and workstreams from DI HQ, DI Zone, and DI Country Head. You shall be an active part of the decision-making process across all facets of the organization (sales, operations, service, support functions, etc.).
